Ernie Huang is YIN Capital’s founder and CEO.

Since founding the company in 2011, Mr Huang has led the team in completing transactions values exceeding one billion RMB in healthcare, consumer products/services, high end manufacturing and TMT related industries.

Mr Huang started his international investment banking in 2005, with over 10 years of experiences in helping clients in IPOs, M&A, financial advisory services and managerial practices.

Prior to setting up YIN Capital, Mr Huang was at Chief Strategic Officer and Chief Financial Officer at a Taiwanese firm based in Suzhou and was the special assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Investor Relations at Actions Semiconductor (NYE:ACTS). Prior to that, he worked at Barclays Bank in Singapore and Ernst & Young in Sydney.

Mr Huang graduated from University of Sydney in Australia, majoring in Accounting and Finance. He is also a Certified Accountant.

Wilfred’s main focus is on Realty, Private Wealth, P.E., Funding, M&A, Investments and Renewable Energy.

Wilfred has worked in the past for De Boer Financial Consultants, ING Bank, and Winterthur Insurances. Wilfred currently holds the following positions: Capstone Financial in Hong Kong: Senior Financial Consultant, Marcena Capital in London: Investment Advisor, CGH Capital in Shanghai: Executing Partner and Pixiu Capital in Shanghai/Taipei: Investment Director.

Hammond has extensive managerial experiences in the corporate world, having held positions with Bell-Alcatel, Huazhu Hotels Group (Hangting). He also held positions with Shanghai International Group and idtech, in charge of industry researcher and investment associate. His primary industry focus is on new technology and new services where he had many successful cases. Hammond holds consultancy role with many state governments, innovative technology funds, Shanghai Technology Little Giant Plan and various incubators. Hammond worked on China’s largest internet related buyout, having invested in 91 Wuxian that was bought out by Baidu for USD 1.9 billion in 2011.

Hammond graduated from TongJi University majoring in Information Engineering. He is also a certified computer engineer. Hammond obtained his MBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

Fred Meng has over 10 years working experience in the investment banking business, includes private equity investment, enterprise strategy and managerial experiences, mergers and acquisitions, IPO and public listing.

Fred was managing director at Rich Yield Investment Management Center, director of United Advisor Venture Management Ltd. Prior to that, he was vice president of HeBei Venture Capital Management Ltd, Co., Ltd; Director of Shanghai OricaVigor Venture Capital Management Ltd., Co. Ltd. After graduation, Fred was Accenture Consulting （China）Co.,Ltd and Senior Consultant of Bearingpoint (Shanghai) Consulting Co., Ltd.

Fred holds an M.B.A from Fudan University and graduated from South China University of Technology with major in Chemical Machinery.
